To properly care for your jewelry, dry and polish with the cloth (included with purchase) if it gets wet, and store in a dry / non humid place. 

Hat  Care + Info

"St. Marie" -  As noted in the listing, the brim of the "St. Marie" hat will arrive slightly bent due to our sustainable shipping method. To shape the hat, take a steamer and steam the inside of the brim to smooth out any bent angles. When done, turn the hat upside down on a flat surface and let dry for 15-20 minutes.

* If you ever want to add more stiffness to the brim add a few sprays of starch and let dry.

"Georgie" -  If your "Georgie" hat needs a refresher or reshaping, please lay the hat flat on a towel and go over the brim with an iron on the steam setting 2-3 times (as needed). When the brim regains its desired flatness, please allow the hat to fully dry before moving . 

* If you ever want to add more stiffness to the brim add a few sprays of starch while ironing.

* This straw hat is very flexible and can be shaped however you like. If you would like the front brim to fold upward (even more): right after ironing, while it is laying flat, pull up on the middle front of the brim for 5 seconds. If you would like a “cowboy hat” shaped brim: while dry and wearing, place one index finger on the back middle brim and one index finger on the front middle brim, pull down for 5-8 seconds, then let go.
